Creative first, pilot second

A well-versed UAS pilot with technical and artistic experience. Hedrick approaches aerial photography from a unique point of view having a background in engineering and a current focus in unmanned aerial systems. He composes frames with geometric satisfaction while flying smooth paths taking full advantage of a drones three dimensional mobility.
Vanishing lines, parallax, and perspective both create a pleasing image and can be defined mathematically. This is where Hedrick uses his technical knowledge for an artistic outcome.
